Blue ribbed cloth, gilt top. Scarce reprint of the exceedingly rare Timberlake memoirs (with folding map of Cherokee Country) published in London in 1765. After the French and Indian Wars, Timberlake escorted a delegation of Cherokee to England. He died shortly before this journal was published to satisfy his debts.  I.D.#07904. SOLD.
